We are a family run business based in Wigan. We also have a few people who do ad hoc work for us in other Northern towns.
At the business end, we have 8 principal buyers who will purchase in the North West of England – and usually cash purchases too.
As of 2020, we have helped 43 families (and counting…) to sell their home quickly. We pride ourselves on being flexible, honest and understanding. All our buyers, apart from one individual, are originally from the North West and most of us still live here.
NW Home Buyers
We are a local company based in the North West of England that buys, renovates and sells properties that are in need of repair. We also review and compare products and tools that we've used in our refurbishment projects.
